Data we collect
Account data
Email address, authentication identifiers, role assignments, workspace metadata, and account preferences.
Prediction queries
The questions you submit, parsed structure, retrieved evidence references, generated hypotheses, calibrated probabilities, and explanations. We retain these to operate the service, support reproducibility, and improve calibration over time.
Usage analytics
Aggregated metrics such as endpoint usage, latency, error counts, and feature interactions to operate and improve the service.
Cookies
See our Cookies page.
API usage
API request metadata (timestamps, endpoints, response codes, token usage) is logged for billing, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Third-party providers
POE1 relies on infrastructure and AI providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database, model gateway, email) to deliver the service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We retain account and prediction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for longer.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing privacy@augurly.ai (placeholder). Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
