Use of POE1

You may use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms and any plan or contract between you and POE1.

Probabilistic outputs

POE1 produces probabilistic forecasts based on available evidence and models. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Probabilities reflect modeled likelihoods, not certainties.

Not professional advice

POE1 outputs do not constitute financial, investment, legal, medical, tax, betting, gambling, or other professional advice. Do not rely on POE1 as the sole basis for any high-stakes decision. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and safeguard credentials.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Independently verify outputs before acting on them.
• Respect rate limits and acceptable-use guidelines.

Prohibited use

• Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized model extraction.
• Use that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use to make automated decisions that materially affect individuals without appropriate human oversight.

Account and API access

We may suspend or terminate accounts or API keys that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose security or operational risks. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, models, content, and trademarks, is owned by POE1 or its licensors. You retain ownership of inputs you submit. You grant POE1 a limited license to process those inputs to provide and improve the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POE1 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. POE1 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law
